The thesis
Intelligence has been commoditised; orchestration has not. Mynd Labs exists to build the layer that sits above AI tools rather than another tool to add to the pile. The conviction is simple: the operators who can deploy intelligence systems — not merely use AI — will own the next decade, and they should not have to wait for an enterprise vendor to sell it to them at an enterprise price.
Everything we build is shaped by running it ourselves first. The platform was in production, doing real work, before it was ever offered to anyone else. That order is deliberate. Software built to be sold optimises for the demo; software built to be used optimises for the Monday morning it has to survive.
The founder
Mynd Labs is the work of Baris Esmer. Before building intelligence systems, he spent his career on the operating side of brands and ventures — leading the brand revival of Anadolu Efes, and helping scale PadSplit from roughly 900 rooms to more than 25,000. Both were exercises in the same discipline: imposing a coherent system on a sprawling, messy operation until it compounded.
Mynd Platform is that discipline turned on the operator’s own workflow. The components map directly to problems he had personally — drowning in subscriptions, losing the thread between signal and action, re-deciding the same things every week. The platform is the answer he built for himself, now offered to operators with the same problem.
